Are we open?
Yes, we’re open and hosting daily tours.
What’s your cancellation and exchange policy?
We offer full refunds and exchanges up to 24 hours before a scheduled tour begins. Refunds and exchanges are not available after that cut off.
How much walking is there on the tours?
All of our tours include less than two miles of leisurely walking.
Are there drinks served on the tours?
Yes! There are alcoholic beverages served on every tour unless stated otherwise.
*Valid ID is required to be served alcohol on all of our tours
How many people go on the tour?
Our public tours include up to 15 guests.
Are gratuities included for the guide?
No. Please feel free to show your appreciation with a tip. Tips usually follow service industry gratuity at 15-20%.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We can NOT guarantee we will be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions.
Please be sure to include any food allergies when booking your ticket so substitutions can be arranged in advance.
What should I wear on my tour?
We recommended wearing comfortable shoes. Please remember the tour does have moments where you will be outside so dress accordingly.

How many people are needed to schedule a private tour?
Depending on the circumstances, we normally need atleast 4 people to schedule a private tour.
What's the maximum group size you can take?
Depending on the circumstances, we can accommodate as many people as necessary. Please understand that depending on the size groups may need to be split up into smaller groups.
