Terms and Conditions

It is your responsibility to read and understand all of the terms and conditions. Once you have purchased tickets, you have read and agreed to the following policies: 

• Tickets can be fully refunded by canceling 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour. If you try to cancel your tour after 24 hours you will not be refunded.  

• All tours go out rain or shine. If you purchased a ticket and decide you no longer would like to do the tour, you will not be refunded for the ticket price. 

• We will try our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Please tell us at time of purchase and we will try to find a replacement. If there is no replacement please understand it is your personal consent to try all other items. 

• You agree to grant our company the right to use royalty free photos and videos taken on the tours in which you may appear. The company can distribute, broadcast, edit and in any way use the material in any form of media without restriction worldwide. The company can use this media for items such as social media, brochures, websites or any other publications or advertising material. You agree to give the company full ownership of this media material.

• Foodelicious Tours is NOT responsible for any food or beverages including alcoholic beverages consumed on its tours. We are here to arrange tours and visit venues and do not assume any liability for accidents or damages due to the act of any person including yourself, restaurant, shop , employees and the community.
